| General terms: The rooms are available starting at 3pm and must be vacated by 11am on the day of departure. Reservation terms: All reservations must be confirmed by telephone, e-mail, fax or post. The reservation will be confirmed upon reception of a credit card number with its expiration date + the 3 last numerals of its code. Your card will be debited at the time of departure. Accepted modes of payment: credit card (Visa, Mastercard), cheques from a French bank made out in euros, cash. Cancellation policy: For stays of 3 nights or less: 100% of the total cost if the cancellation is made 72 hours before the programmed arrival. For stays of 4 nights or more: 100 % of the total cost if the cancellation is made less than 14 days before the programmed arrival. No-show : 100% of the total cost including all services requested at the time of reservation. Any shortened stay must still be paid in full. |
